  • Refunds (if applicable) will follow the policies of airlines, hotels, or third-party service providers.

  • Service fees charged by Malaysian Pacific Star are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • Malaysian Pacific Star acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel service providers.

  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by airlines, hotels, transport companies, or other service providers.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (passports, visas, permits) are obtained before travel.

  • The company will not be held liable for events beyond its control, including force majeure circumstances.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
